The Pulang Lupa Foundation Inc. is a non-profit non-stock organization
founded in 2001, its home base operating from the White House complex of Pulang Lupa, located at a peak in Brgy. Lumingon in the town of Tiaong, province of Quezon
in the Philippines.
The Foundation supports a wide spectrum of activities relating to education, arts, and local culture.
Its centerpiece, education. As in many of the barangays
in rural Philippines, chronic economic want has deprived many
families of the ability to continue the education of their children.
For many, education is a dream. For some, the Foundations has provided scholarships and education assistance for a wide spectrum of academic and professional endeavors. And in its wake are teachers, nurses, masteral degrees, and a slew of graduates brought to varied crossroads of possibilities and dreams realized.
The Foundation has supported and hosted varied lecture-series and programs for local farmers and agriculture-related interests.
Another focus of Foundation work is its unending support for the more than two decades odyssean work on alternative medicine and compilation on Philippine medicinal plants--1,700 plants to-date and growing--the center-piece on the StuartXchange website.
The Foundation has opened the White House as cultural hub and venue for the needs of the studentry of Tiaong and neighboring towns, along with supporting various out-of-school youth activities, hosting celebrations and various community activities.,
The White House, itself an "artchitectural" opus more than 2-years in the making, has also become locally known as the "Art Gallery" for the multimedia artwork that embellish the outdoors and indoor nooks and crannies.
